a live tail of the AT Protocol's identity ledger
every account on this network is anchored by a did:plc operation — a signed, append-only log entry saying "this DID now looks like this." the directory that stores them is public and free to read, and near enough nobody watches it directly. this page polls it straight from your browser, no server in between, and tails what crosses: brand new identities, and existing ones that just migrated PDS, rotated a key, or changed their handle.
